The disclaimers below apply to the website, Android app, trial builds, and licensed software. Read them together with sections 1–9.

Product relationship & services
- TouchStream Radio is an independent control interface for compatible hardware on your local network (Wi‑Fi / LAN).
- It is not a Bose or Sonos product and not a Bose or Sonos service.
- TouchStream does not replace Bose cloud services, Bose accounts, or official Bose apps (including the legacy SoundTouch app and the Bose app / Bose Music).
- TouchStream does not replace Sonos cloud services, Sonos accounts, or the official Sonos app.
- Control uses third-party LAN control on your network — you must have permission to control that hardware. Core operation does not require a Bose or Sonos account.
- TouchStream may offer an alternative workflow (stations, presets, multi-room) for owners whose speakers still respond on Wi‑Fi; it is not operated by Bose or Sonos and does not restore discontinued Bose cloud features.
- Official Bose and Sonos apps target their own ecosystems; TouchStream is intended for selected compatible SoundTouch, certain Bose smart speakers, and experimental Sonos speakers — see our compatibility guide. Not every model is supported; multi-room sync may vary by model (e.g. Bose Lifestyle Ultra may not sync 100% with other Bose speakers; cross-brand sync with Sonos is best-effort).
- We do not warrant compatibility with future Bose, Sonos, firmware, app, or network changes.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TouchStream Radio software, website materials, and related documentation ("App" and "Service"). By downloading, installing, browsing, or using them, you agree to these Terms and the disclaimers above.
If you do not agree, do not use the App or Service.
2. License
Migvantar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal use on compatible hardware that you own or control and on networks you control, subject to these Terms.
Demo versions may include a time-limited trial from first install. A full license may be sold separately; purchase terms on our website apply in addition to these Terms.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your speaker configuration, stream URLs, station lists, and compliance with applicable law and third-party rights (including rights to streams and images you add).
The App sends control commands on your local network. You must have permission to control that hardware. You must not misuse the App to harm networks, devices, or third parties.
Podcast search uses third-party catalogs (such as Podcast Index or Listen Notes). The App may include built-in API credentials for Podcast Index as a convenience; those keys may stop working or be withdrawn at any time. If built-in keys fail or are unavailable, you are responsible for obtaining your own free API key from the provider (for example podcastindex.org or listennotes.com), entering it in the App settings, and complying with that provider's terms of use.
4. Compatibility
The App is designed for selected compatible Bose SoundTouch, certain Bose smart speakers, and experimental Sonos speakers on your LAN, as described in our compatibility documentation. Not every Bose or Sonos model is supported. Multi-room synchronization may vary by model; see the disclaimers above.
References to Bose or Sonos hardware, apps, or services are for context only and do not imply endorsement by Bose Corporation or Sonos, Inc.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free control of speakers, or compatibility with future firmware or network changes.
Bose Corporation, Sonos, Inc., and their affiliates have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Any failure of the App to conform to a warranty is our sole responsibility.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIGVANTAR AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for claims relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty euros (EUR 50), whichever is greater.
7. Privacy
The App stores settings and trial information on your device. Control commands are sent on your LAN; core operation does not require a Bose or Sonos account.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page. Material changes may require renewed acceptance in the App.
You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the App or features where practical.
9. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

10. Bose SoundTouch interoperability
These Terms are concluded between you and Migvantar only, and not with Bose Corporation. Migvantar, not Bose, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Bose Corporation does not in any way endorse, approve of, or sponsor the App.
Migvantar is solely responsible for maintenance and support for the App. Bose Corporation has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
Migvantar, not Bose Corporation, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your use of it, including product liability, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and similar claims.
In the event of a third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, Migvantar, not Bose Corporation, will be solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Bose Corporation, its affiliates, and their respective licensors are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as third-party beneficiaries.
Bose and SoundTouch are trademarks of Bose Corporation.
Migvantar develops TouchStream Radio interoperability using Bose’s published SoundTouch local device APIs and documentation. Migvantar accepts and complies with the Bose SoundTouch Web API Terms of Use as the application developer. Your agreement with us remains under these Terms only.
Android app users must accept these Terms on first launch. This page is the reference copy for version 3.
